“My name is Jaya, and I am a Solution-Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, trained and qualified through the accredited CPHT (Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training).”

I worked as a scientist for over thirty years, at a world renowned science research institute. I wanted to take my scientific background and career in a different direction so I decided to train as a clinical hypnotherapist. I am fully insured with an enhanced DBS. Sessions can be booked face-to-face or via remote link.

“Awaken your inner wolf” comes from my love of wolves, as to me they represent strength, resilience and loyalty.

I live in Enfield with my husband. We love travelling and one of our passions is fostering guide dogs for the blind. I speak fluent Tamil and am proficient in British Sign Language.
