Individual Sessions

Your first session is completely free. During this consultation, we will discuss your goals, understand your individual needs, and explore how hypnotherapy could support meaningful change.

I will explain how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy works, what to expect from sessions, and answer any questions you may have, you will also receive a free relaxation audio MP3. This allows you to decide whether hypnotherapy feels right for you before committing. Follow-up hypnotherapy sessions are available at £90 each.

£90 for 50-60 min session

Smoking & Vaping Cessation

This focused programme is designed to help you stop smoking or vaping in just one 90-minute session. The programme includes an initial consultation, where we discuss your habits, motivations, and any challenges you may face.

During the session, you will learn practical techniques and strategies to support you in breaking the habit and reinforcing long-term change. You’ll also receive tools to continue your progress independently, giving you confidence and control over your journey. A 10 minute consultation will be arranged to discuss suitability.

£200 - Full Package Price

Phobia Treatment

This programme is tailored to help you overcome specific fears or phobias and typically takes 3–4 sessions, including an initial consultation. Each session is designed to gradually help you feel calmer, more confident, and better able to manage situations that previously caused fear or anxiety.

You will receive personalised guidance and strategies to build resilience and maintain progress between sessions. By the end of the programme, many clients notice a significant reduction in anxiety and a greater sense of control over their lives.

£280 - Full Package Price

All sessions are individual and tailored to you. Most clients experience changes within a few sessions but 6-12 sessions is the average number.
